The story takes place in an informal community make a living scavenging off old ships stranded off the US Gulf Coast. This is a lawless community where violence reigns supreme. A place where booze and drugs are bountiful and eating more than once a day is just a fantasy. This community of ship breakers almost had a Mad Max feel to it.I loved the atmosphere
